Allowable under the requested new zoning code: 80 units. Planned to be built by the developer: 231 units. City of Troy, NY - the project at #save1011 is not allowable under your own zoning code. Why is this still being pursued?

Are they gaslighting the Troy City Council ? Are they gaslighting us? What they ask for: P (max 80 units) What they want to do: 231 units What they mean: R4 "Urban Neighborhood". Say what you mean, not what you want to make us believe. Don't gaslight us.
