This is the result of lazy oldham and rochdale council. Every single gully is like this on our road alone is blocked. Numerous complaints to Oldham Council in 2024 with responses that if its not flooded its not priority for unblocking Saddleworth, Shaw, royton denshaw #flooding

Andy Burnham Stockport who don’t tend to have floods are experiencing them, the council have had hundreds of complaints gone unanswered over recent times about blocked drains, this is not Climate Change, but councils incompetence !
