AXA worst company I've ever dealt with! We have a burst pipe yesterday at midday, spent over 4 hours and 3 calls on hold, still not managed to get someone out to fix the emergency. no water, no heating, no toilet, little newborn also here. What a joke of a insurance company! 🤬

I can't believe my mother in law and her 84 year old disabled mother was abandoned during an organised trip by Paddle Steamer Waverley last night, absolutely disgraceful! They had to pay over £200 by taxi to get back from Minehead to cardiff. The waverly also left children abandoned! 😢
