90 days does seem a short compliance period - until you realise campaigners & the EPA have been asking Denka to reduce emissions for years to little effect. If only chemical companies spent the time & money they spend on fighting regulation on cleaning up their processes.

New EPA rule classifies chloroprene as 'likely carcinogenic' & Denka chemical plant in 'Cancer Alley', Louisiana, is given 90 days to bring it's emissions down to levels classed as 'safe'. Denka vows to fight this through the courts.
