Appalling service from Currys disorganised and chaotic! Paid over the top for delivery and installation - they left but the appliance does not work! No support to help, have spent hours on the phone or webchat - totally inefficient!

So to carry on the debacle, and after 3 days, I eventually had a repair engineer come out. The initial installer had twisted the water feed tube completely so no water was getting into the machine!

What a joke, they have offered a £20 voucher to be sent in post. As compensation for the £170 spent on the ‘service’. And they still have another installation booked and I can’t cancel! Their lose!
