Florida is charging formerly incarcerated people $50 a day even if they’re no longer in prison. The “pay to stay” fee is based on the length of the original sentence, so even when they're released they must keep paying for a prison bed they’re not using. abcactionnews.com/news/local-new…

If you’re involved in any of these anti-genocide actions at universities, please make sure to save your emails, flyers and other papers so that in 50 years your university can proudly display them as part of their special collections

How are news outlets dedicating wall-to-wall coverage to campus protests, but not the discovery of mass graves in Gaza of people with their hands tied & clothing stripped?

Why do we not know more?

Where are the journalists and resources being dedicated to that story?

On its homepage, the The New York Times website currently has four (4) prominently-displayed pieces about American college protests and zero (0) pieces about the nearly 300 bodies (some with their hands and feet bound) found in a mass grave at a hospital in southern Gaza.

Every single university in Gaza destroyed and yet we’re told that the students protesting this genocide are the monsters.

There hasn't been a single Congressional hearing on how Gordon Gee wrecked West Virginia University, the flagship public institution of a US state. Sit with the gross, classist condescension of this as we watch political elites obsess about whose feelings got hurt at the Ivies.
