Hey Southwest Airlines I was supposed to fly through Phoenix from OKC and you changed it to Denver, and now I’m stranded overnight in Denver after sitting at the gate for 3+ hours. I just need a place to sleep besides the airport floor, y’all. I’m too old for this.

It’s almost like I would have been home by now if they hadn’t put me on an entirety different route than I booked. Southwest Airlines is terrible and I sincerely apologize to @greyhoundbusservices for calling Southwest “Greyhound of the Sky” as that was an unfair insult to Greyhound.
