Brevity above all.

Unless you're compelled to drag it out for the sake of the experience. Take song lyrics for example - we would be rather annoyed if the author just told us what they meant in as few words as possible without considering the listening experience.

We may think “my mind is a mess because my Life is a mess.”

We work hard at fixing our external experiencing.

In Reality, Life seems a mess- because the MIND is a mess.

Life is an expression…of the mind.

Get your mind in order- and Life will follow.

Inside before outside…

Whether you have the best day of your life or the worst day of your life, the feeling will pass. You will forget it and one day become enwrapped in another feeling just as beautiful or horrific, and just as meaningful or meaningless.
