I'm getting questions from older relatives about when to get their COVID booster. I am recommending ASAP. There's a lot of COVID happening now and the best time to get vaccinated is before you get infected. This is for people who didn't get COVID this summer.

There have been high levels of COVID infections for much of the summer. The size and duration of this surge is unusual for summer. I am not sure what this will mean for fall/winter. I wish we had the boosters and free tests months ago, but glad they are here/coming now.
