Here’s a concept: protests wouldn’t become violent if police officers didn’t incite the violence in the first place and tear gas peaceful protesters for simply standing in their vicinity. This is not the solution. The ill judgement here is beyond embarrassing.

It should alarm you that the government is substantially more prepared to go to war with its own people than to provide basic humanitarian aid, testing, and care to those same people during a pandemic.
