A very lucky Chicago Firefighter.

Yesterday morning a 911 call was made at Oconomowoc High School for a 17 year old student who was not breathing. An AED was immediately applied and a shock was administered, which saved the student’s life and he began breathing again. He was rushed to a local hospital.

This is also our experience SydneyHEMS - we have a large video library of severely contaminated airways from both prehospital and interhospital missions showing effective intubation with standard geometry VL using the Storz C-MAC device (no conflict of interest)
