When my dad passes I’m going to be a mess. He’s my best friend and so kind. I hate thinking about this but I want to praise him and give him his flowers as much as I can while he’s still here with me. Also I’m not even sorry I’ll brag to everyone about him as long as I live.

I think being spiteful is the quality I dislike the most in a person . Not being able to process your emotions and articulate them in a calm manner is ugly. I’m not saying people have to be perfect or can never make mistakes but if it’s a pattern it’s unbearable to deal with.

When I get angry I’m immediately embarrassed afterward. I know it’s a normal human emotion but I try to avoid it at all costs. It’s so ugly and I think as a man there’s nothing more honorable than being able to keep a level head.

Corny, no reason for this

I don’t understand how I got so many papercuts as a kid but I haven’t had one in like 10 years? Like I still deal with paper on a regular basis. Is paper getting better? Was I just dumber at the time and didn’t know how to handle paper?

If there’s one thing I know for a fact it’s that whatever lane I pick in traffic, it’s going to be wrong. It will slow down to an absolute halt and I will be stuck for the rest of eternity.
