OK, I just heard a family member who felt this earthquake near Philadelphia. (I'm in lower Hudson Valley). How big was it?

Seen on the Hudson: a specialized work boat designed for offshore oil operations. It can run submersibles and do other sea floor work. I assume it is involved in the planned cable laying project. That's a helicopter landing pad over the bow!
