My surviving family in Rafah is about to be wiped out & 'pro-Palestine' & 'pro-Israel' folks are seemingly in a bizarre agreement that they don't want a ceasefire/hostage deal because it's 'too temporary' or 'would allow Hamas to survive.' And damned be Gazans & Israeli hostages.

What remains of my surviving family in Rafah are terrified of the impending IDF assault; they are out of options & have nowhere else to go. My brother, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and in-laws are scrambling for elusive safety. That should be the focus, not US college campuses

Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) Columbia & Columbia University Apartheid Divest (CUAD) have truly lost the plot. As Rafah is about to be invaded, they choose to engage in this destructive, headline-grabbing action that will taint the entirety of pro-Palestine activism…

The people of Gaza want Hamas to accept the proposed ceasefire/hostage deal. Will the group finally care about the well-being of its people, or will it play along in Iran's destructive designs to keep the war going and prevent a desperate pause/end to the fighting & spare Rafah?

This does not have to happen. Hamas and Israel can and must make different choices to spare Palestinian and Israeli lives!

Thank you to all who are helping the people of Gaza have access to more aid. I hope this pier comes online ASAP to provide a new avenue for aid to enter the battered and desperate coastal enclave. Regardless of where you stand on this issue, more aid to civilians is a great thing

1. A temporary ceasefire that can become permanent is > a Rafah invasion & no truce.

2. A deal to release thousands of Palestinian prisoners in exchange for hostages is > no deal & thousands remaining in Israeli detention.

3. Dialogue and engagement are > than confrontation and…

How does preventing this student or anyone else from moving around campus help the protesters’ case? Why not let him go through. He's not being unreasonable or belligerent.

This aimless madness has got to stop now. Meaningless aggressive acts ≠ meaningful civil disobedience.

Ansar Allah, or the 'Houthis' in Yemen, published a slick propaganda video of their special forces in tunnels, claiming their preparedness to join Hamas and bring the fight to Israel in the event of a Rafah invasion or in response to attacks by the US and UK on Yemen. While this…

There's still a pathway to end the war & bring all the hostages home. This would be a win-win for the hostage families and the people of Gaza. A ceasefire does not, by default, mean Hamas returning to the same level of power & control they had on October 6. There are political…

Omri's wife has spoken.

'Let us finalize the deal that is on the table to bring home the hostages, end the hostilities, agree on a ceasefire'

It's what the families want a Hostage / Ceasefire deal, now it's time to respect their wishes and go all out for it.

“We’ve Become Addicted to Explosions” The IDF Unit Responsible for Demolishing Homes Across Gaza. And yet, some are still in doubt about the conduct of the IDF in the war, from the disproportionate use of force and dehumanization of Gazans to the disregard for people & property.

Pro-terrorism sentiments out in the open, celebrated, clapped for, normalized & cheered on as 'resistance' & not one of these protesters challenged this person's explicit praise of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah or the Houthis & the gushing over Oct 7. This isn't just a 'fringe'

Marvelous interview, Hamza 👏🏼✌🏼. There's no justice, safety, well-being, or future for the people of Gaza if Hamas keeps controlling their lives and gambling with their fate. Intolerant, ignorant & arrogant attempts to shut out Palestinian voices like Hamza's are shameful & vile.

People and children are being killed every single day in Rafah; acute malnutrition is widespread among babies; nowhere safe to go in case of a ground invasion and bleak prospects for substantial improvements in the dire humanitarian conditions. This war has got to stop to free…

Regardless of what you think of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and I’m definitely not a fan, his statements at the World Economic Forum in Riyadh were on point regarding several issues. Notably, he made a reference to Israel having a right to “full security” that…
