Norma Cohen The PRA had looked at this issue with Leasehold Knowledge and our ex Bank of England trustee along with the leasehold APPG some years ago. The PRA seem to have accept ground rents a very minor issue for almost all pension providers. Strange how things come around again.

You must know GR investments a tiny fraction of almost all pension funds? You knew GR investments weren’t ESG compliant?
