In 1993,Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda,then Works Minister Ministry of Works & Transport brought visitors to Lake Bunyonyi where I was a Senior 3 student on Bwama Island. On arrival in a motor boat, he found a dozen of us swimming naked in the lake, greeted us&asked if anyone of us knew him..
