For my mental health , i put a limit on who i talk to daily and what i talk to them about . I limit what type of information i consume and i place boundaries heavily so i can stay at peace .

i used to think remaining a good person regardless of how people treated me was a sign of maturity when in reality i was allowing people to overstep my boundaries. being too understanding can quickly become a problem.
