stop putting so much time and energy into things that literally DO NOT matter. if it’s not contributing to your happiness, health & well-being let it go.

i usually take mental notes but lately people has had me so fucked up, i’ve started to write down why i no longer fw them.

people who thrive off of being weird, messy & delusional are crazy. it has to be such a miserable and dark feeling to think that type of behavior is normal. find peace.

starting to realize acting like i don’t care about something is doing more harm than good. when my feelings are hurt they be HURT.

parent loss is a feeling i dont wish on nobody.

seen my Dad for the very last time today and i feel so much peace seeing how peaceful he looks… just like a sleeping angel. until we meet again because we will.💔

a lot of parents are lying to pediatricians about their children meeting their milestones appropriately instead of noticing signs of regression. if there’s nothing “visibly wrong” parents won’t test their children.

what’s for me will always be for me.
