You can stop looking everywhere else for ways to improve or for reasons why you aren't improving.

Point blank.

If where we are now, here at the end of the school year, looks a lot like last year, it is time to face the truth.

We may have added programs, personnel, interventions & spending, but we didn't ever address the thing we needed to the most.

Our daily Tier 1 learning.

I can respect people arguing for and defending ideas, as long as those ideas do not dehumanize and marginalize. I get suspicious when people viciously, reactively, w/ narrow evidence, defend products using marketing language of those products. This is an epidemic in education.
