One of the quirks of American politics is that when Hillary called a subset of Trump supporters “deplorable” it’s treated it like an international incident while Trump routinely calls those who don’t support him thugs, lowlifes, the enemy of the people, and we just cruise along.

Instead of watching Trump stumble through a debate, maybe we could all just... look around at the hellscape we're in and vote based on that?
