Met Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw today with two issues- 1) Service matters of Railway Engineers 2) Setting up of a Passenger Halt at Taraboi Village in Jatni Assembly Segment on Khurda Road- Bolangir rail route. Had a good discussion. Was assured of all support. Will follow up.

They have proved the suggestion of Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi sir, working for responsibility not position.

SUNIL AGRAHARI 1)Thanks to Madam who have discussed our issues to honourable rail minister. But it is quite surprising that how rail ministry overlooked the deficiencies of RBE 155 ! Many Engrs(recruited with diploma/degree), who stagnated for decades), r not getting any benefit by this order.

SUNIL AGRAHARI 2) Upgradation/ promotion means increase in status, increase in salary, change in designation, change in responsibility, change in classification etc.RBE :155 don't fulfill any one of the above criteria for many ! So it is just a cheated version of MACP to benefit promoted SSEs

SUNIL AGRAHARI 3) who can not go in next level further becoz they have already got minimum 3 functional promotions . So as per 7th PC, they r not eligible for MACP. But in the name of UPGRADATION, they have been benefitted . To compensate the loss, degree/ diploma engrs should be given in next

SUNIL AGRAHARI 4) level 9 & 10, those who r already in level 8 & 9 before this order . Then only the equality will be done financially.

Central Railway Many can interpret,his intention is to say that GMs should also invole/ know field level problems (let it be welding).Where the shoes pinches, can only be identified by the person who wears it. If he wants to eradicate colonial system,stop EMPLOYEE classification A,B,C& D imed8ly

Central Railway Dear sir, It is true that COLONIAL MINDSET persist in Indian govt service in almost all dept. including RLY. It's becoz of classification of employees as A,B,C & D which is coming from old british era.Kindly merge them all ( like 8 services of railways) & treat as GOVT EMPLOYEES

रेलवे के फाइनेंसियल अपग्रडेसन RBE155 में DIRECT SSE(सीधी भर्ती प्राप्त डिग्रीधारी अभियंता के साथ पूरे सेवा काल में एक भी सुनिश्चित पदोन्नति नही मिला, न तो financial upgradation का फायदा हो रहा। यानी ग्रुप सी के अपैक्स लेवल में जॉइन कर उसी अपैक्स लेवल ग्रुप सी में सेवानिवृत्त ।

Hon'ble Ashwini Vaishnaw & RB CRB sirs, Ministry of Railways is the largest technical organization of country & technocrats are in highest posts. Still ers @ grass root (SSE/JE) r neglected at par with non-tech cadres of Rlys & counterparts (JE) of all ministries. RBE 155/2022&16/2023

ECoREA Narendra Modi Ashwini Vaishnaw Ministry of Railways Even staff working under Ministry of Railways Railway Board are classified as Gr-B but JEs/SSEs are Gr-C, lowest classification. This discrimination should be removed if ONE principal is followed honestly. Hopefully British system will be scratched by hon'ble PM Narendra Modi ji soon.
