A very good step taken by railway board to promote D-group status into C group, but what about those engineers (JE/SSE) who join in C-group and retired on same post, same group. To, Ministry of Railways Kindly ensure weekly rest for JE/SSE of PWAY department. It is a serious issue as working culture is though day by day with limited resources and increased speed. Issue this kind of letter through board so that everyone can follow or instruct respected officer.
