Apparently Amazon won’t allow a review that contains the words “Nazi” or “Jew” even re: a book about those subjects, and then customer service staff is unfamiliar with those terms and has never heard of the Holocaust…

Hey media Amazon Books reps in India not only don’t know what Jews and the Holocaust are they are offended by insisting they know. A review of mine was flagged and nobody can explain why. I am Jewish. They are promoting Holocaust denial. World News Tonight MSNBC

There are Hitler CAFES in India. Is that why Amazon Books your CS reps say they don’t know what the Holocaust is? I have tried for a week to find out why a review of a book dealing with Nazis and Jews can’t use these words. I am Jewish. CS reps say they don’t know what Jews are.

Clearly Amazon Books doesn’t want or need Jewish customers since all its CS reps in India do t know what Jews or the Holocaust is. Was put on hold for 5 minutes while CS tried to find someone. I’m Jewish but can’t review a book dealing with these hints.

And once again I got an automated reply from Amazon Books telling me how to report abuse. I’m not reporting abuse I’m reporting YOUR telling me MY review of a book using the words “Jew” and “hate” was not allowed! #antisemitism

Hey Amazon Books you’d be better if NOT HAVING CUSTOMER SERVICE on Sundays than having reps who admit they can’t tell you what a Jew, the Holocaust or put you on hold in vain trying to find someone who can (I, a Jew, reviewed a book and used words). #antisemitism

So Amazon Books sent an automated reply promising to get back to me. Four hours later I got the SAME EXACT “warning” about my post- a review of a book dealing with Nazis- because I mentioned Jew, and Nazi. Amazon Books is antisemitic. ADL

So Amazon promised to have someone from customer service contact me about my complaint (AI wouldn’t publish a review that used the words Jew and Nazi, though it was a book ABOUT them, and I am Jewish). Instead I got an automated message. AGAIN. Said I was getting a warning.

So Amazon Help sent me a THREAT now about “my last post,” and now instead of “this is your first warnings it says they’ll remove posting privileges. STILL NOT A HUMAN BEING INVESTIGATING!!!! Nobody can tell me HOW or WHAT I did wrong!!! Amazon & AmazonIndia are antisemitic.
