The ⁦The New York Times⁩, ⁦The Washington Post⁩, @cnn… All totally undisguised proxies for intelligence services now.

Note how anyone objecting to these laws is deemed a “privacy” advocate, not rights or civil liberties.

It’s no coincidence that the Uniparty is seeking to pass sweeping new powers to ban websites and spy on Americans at the same time that it bankrupts America with forever wars. This agenda is increasingly unpopular and can only be propped up with authoritarian tactics.

Ukraine funding bill just passed with Democrats UNANIMOUSLY voting YES. After 2+ years of pointless carnage with no end in sight, not a SINGLE Dem in the entire House of Representatives has any misgivings about US war policy. A remarkable display of brain-dead partisan conformism

Tonight the Senate passed the House-passed FISA expansion bill—after rejecting seven different amendments requiring a warrant and otherwise reforming FISA 702.

This is a horrible bill.

It shows wanton disregard for the rights of Americans.

This is not a day to celebrate.

America lost something important today, and hardly anyone heard. The headlines of state-aligned media screech and crow about the nefarious designs of your fellow citizens and the necessity of foreign wars without end, but find few words for a crime against the Constitution.

🚨 BREAKING: NBC Reporter surprised that Democrats and Republicans vote across party lines to fund wars and extend spying powers. Hard to overstate how rare that is! Unheard of!

'This bill would basically allow the government to institute a spy draft,' says Freedom of the Press' Seth Stern. 'If this bill becomes law, sources will rightly suspect that American newsrooms are bugged by the government.'

YOU can stop the NSA from taking over the internet—Senators are now afraid to vote for the 'Everyone is a spy' RISAA Bill due to the overwhelming public opposition, but the White House is fighting HARD to whip them into line. If you haven't yet, PLEASE call your Senator NOW!

The House has managed a near-impossible feat. They made FISA even broader! - giving even more power to the government to spy and collect data on Americans. This bill would turn landlords and computer repairmen into spies. This cannot be allowed to stand

🇬🇪-🇺🇸🇪🇺In reality, 'dissent' = US-backed mobs attempting to coerce Georgia to abandon a bill restricting US-European interference in their internal political affairs.

Georgia has a right to defend against foreign interference under intl law.

US-Europe have stricter laws...

There is a long history of RW pundits/politicians throwing red meat at cultural conservatives in exchange for a blank check on foreign wars/interventions. Wouldn’t be surprised if woke figures keep dropping, and the back room deal is more $$ for Ukraine, Israel, whatever comes

Who controls the funding behind what you read online?

It turns out a novel disinformation industry has the power to withdraw advertising from website asking the wrong questions, writes Freddie Sayers: 👇buff.ly/3w5DbUy

INVESTIGATION

We shine a light on the “Global Disinformation Index,” an international, government-funded “ratings agency” that is trying to defund @UnHerd on spurious grounds.

The Disinformation Industry is out of control.

Can the 'Everyone is a Spy' Bill Be Stopped?
A seemingly minor provision in the FISA reauthorization bill has the potential to bring about a big leap toward a complete surveillance state.

Mike Johnson pompously proclaims, 'I regard myself as a wartime Speaker.' Insists he's facing the 'hardest challenge' since the Civil War. Must be why he suddenly has such disdain for civil liberties, loves censorship, and wants to spend $100 billion on obscene war profiteering
