DO NOT go to alto by San Carlo I emailed bookings a month before my mum’s 60th bday. I was reassured to bring my mum & they would do “everything” to accommodate us. We drove 2hrs from and were met with a rude abrupt hostess who told us to go away as they were too busy.

My mum is disabled and we were stuck with nowhere to go on her 60th bday! Such a special occasion ruined by alto by San Carlo I explained my mum’s disabilities to the hostess and she didn’t care. Not only had the bookings team lied but the hostess’ behaviour was deplorable.
