A recent @COE Report confirmed Ireland’s #localgov system has a limited share of public services under their own responsibility & limited own resources. More powers need to be given to #Councils & local #Councillors to make decisions closest to our citizens. #Ready4Reform.

I am currently awaiting a transplant. The Human Tissue Bill that was passed in the Oireachtas yesterday will help people like me & my family by offering a soft opt-out system of consent for organ donation. Donation will be deemed unless a person opts out. Sharing my story. 👇
