The The New York Times front page features the faces of those from the inner circle who have tested positive. That's important. But, I also want to know how the people with faces we don't know are doing. theatlantic.com/politics/archi…

New: There are now 123 front-line workers in the Capitol complex who have have tested positive—or are presumed positive—for COVID-19, according to House Admin GOP Spokesperson Ashley Phelps. Story coming.

1. Trump calls CNN "the enemy of the people." Cesar Sayoc sends pipe bombs to CNN. 2. Trump tweets about "anarchists and agitators." Kyle Rittenhouse kills two people in Kenosha. 3. Trump tweets "LIBERATE MICHIGAN." Six men try to kidnap the Governor of Michigan.

It's time to start calling baseless conspiracies what they are: libelous attacks on the 500,000+ heroic poll workers & election administrators in every corner of the U.S. who pulled off a successful election amid record-shattering turnout and a global pandemic.

A perfect choreography of hydrazine rockets, plutonium heat source, lead telluride thermoelectrics, and lithium-ion batteries. An energy nerd’s fantasy. Go NASA!

Lilac's extraction technology is the key to unlocking new supplies of environmentally- and socially-responsible lithium. Great piece in the NY Times today highlighting the importance of protecting the environment and respecting local communities. nytimes.com/2021/05/06/bus…

So proud of everything David Snydacker and his team have built so far. Thrilled to have a front row seat to watch what he's going to do with that $150M next.

So, there's a really stupid item coming up in Berkeley whereby a bunch of folks who consider themselves climate activists are defending solar panels against the scourge of shadows from tall homes/apartments. As a solar homeowner, it always seemed bogus to me. So, I did math. 🧵

Why does the Bay Area Bay Area Air Quality do essentially nothing to address wood smoke from fireplaces, which is the biggest source of air pollution for much of the year? SF residents have no choice but to endure wildfire season, but shouldn’t have to deal with fireplace season.

Stephanie Denzer (@sadenzer) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This tone-deaf The New York Times article w/ zero mention of air quality impacts is mind boggling. In SF our winter air quality tanks due to indoor fireplaces. I can't fathom a city moving towards sanctioning MORE wood burning in population dense areas! nytimes.com/2022/02/18/nyr…
