I relapsed on gabs and alcohol today but I am disappointed in myself and going to reset my sobriety as of midnight. I think I need to try to hit at least online meetings or talk more here. I was constantly bored, anxious and cravings were no bueno. I won't give up on quitting!

This is our Ashley who battled #BrainCancer & her little Brother who loved & adored his Sister so much. He had to witness every stage & every terrifying moment that this nasty disease did to his Sister. Siblings are often forgotten & need to be supported & recognized.

Freedom has been mostly wonderful until today when I was exhausted, burnt out and faced a trauma trigger followed by an overwhelming situation. With lots of grounding, I kept myself safe and sober.

Things I would have missed if I’d ended my life. My daughter had her settling in session at primary school today and she LOVED it. We spent the day together and it was incredibly special. Stay. Joy is waiting for you.

My life is a disaster, but I don't want to be fat anymore. I've lost 14 pounds since the beginning of June. And I'm like 90% sure the exercise is helping with my stress. Virtual high five me, please? I need something to feel good about.

Doctor was yesterday and I wasn't prepared to this: NO SIGN OF TUMOR! COMPLETE RESPONSE!! After 4 chemo it is gone!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Treatments wlll continue as planned. Chemo next Tuesday. Yuck! But ofc I want it to continue. I am so happy 🩷🩷
