Great article by Anne Rabbitte on balancing work and family, gender and abuse in politics: 'The voice at the end of the line told me to back down or they'd come for me' (via TheJournal.ie) jrnl.ie/5421145

The planting in #Glasthule is looking so good. Lots of biodiversity benefits as well. Thanks Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Bob Hannan
Delighted that Dlrcoco have agreed to review Cherrywood Cycling infrastructure. A lot has changed since the formation of Cherrywood SDZ in 2014. We need to exceed minimum standards and to provide segregated cycle lanes on this evolving greenfield site. (pic from DLR Cycling )
Recently, Sinn Féin has referred to the Provisional IRA as "Óglaigh na hÉireann". Let's be clear: there is only one Óglaigh na hÉireann in this State — the proud men & women who serve in our defence forces. Martin Heydon called Sinn Féin out on this earlier today on #TWIP.
I share the frustrations of the school community in @GaelscoilLaigh1 and today in the #Seanad I raised them with Josepha Madigan ⚖️✨. It’s important that Minister Norma Foley T.D hears the serious concerns of parents and teachers. View my full contribution: youtu.be/bHNhFQaOmI8

At the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Council Meeting this evening, I raised the issue of anti-social behaviour in #Dalkey witnessed over the weekend. I asked the Council to meet with the Gardaí to discuss this most serious incident and to do anything we can do to support the Gardaí An Garda Síochána
Great to meet with the new Young Fine Gael National Executive this evening and to speak to them about a range of issues affecting young people. Best of luck with everything and I hope to engage with you further in the coming months!
