Are you actually upset, or are you so desperate to participate in a collective moment and emotion with your fellow man that you are feigning outrage over the outcome of a football game in which you didn't even play?

Doing a “Superset” to develop force is counterproductive. You’re taking a strong stimulus (Squat, Bench, Pull) and making it weaker via less rest. Efficiently developing strength is only done one way… extreme intensity and ample rest.

Louie launched careers with his passion. That was always my biggest takeaway in making Westside vs The World: you can be so passionate about something that you form an economy around it without even trying. The universe ultimately justifies its own existence.

There’s no exercises that are inherently dangerous. There is danger in loading the body past current structural capabilities. Load ANY exercise progressively/responsibly, and you won’t get hurt. This is Davis’s Law of Tissue adaptation.

Everybody wants success or progress overnight, but that’s just not how it works. For the most part, we’re learning how to be consistent and stack days. Another strong week of progress over perfection. Wild Feathers bringing the message.

A primary goal of Strength Training for Athletes is developing optimal discharge frequencies. When we train at a higher intensities, we are naturally closer to maximal MU recruitment. The quicker we can reach maximal recruitment, the better. Heavy Strength training is key🙌🏻

I’ve never seen anyone get really strong using exclusively full body strength training. Eventually you have to split the training due to performance, time, or convenience. Full Body can work, but Upper/Lower is much more sustainable long term.
