People are sending 30 or 40 job applications a day. Three, four rounds of interviews. Still nothing. We are flirting with Great Depression level unemployment for young adults. But sure. Tell them to “just work harder.”

There are so many free resources and ways to get free certifications. Workforce development programs. Certification vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc giving free certs. Individuals giving away free certs.

Just an FYI for the people struggling: Microsoft offer training days/ events periodically that give free cert vouchers. If no events, their certs run roughly $99-$165 each. And honestly studying the knowledge and putting your “test date” on your resume is enough sometimes.

Here I thought I was finally entering middle class and now it’s “$100M ain’t nothing” 😩
