Taylor Poindexter I think the more appropriate question is what skills are in demand and why? Tech is always hiring, it's just maybe a mismatch happening as things pivot. We had a freeze - why? We are pivoting strategy and now new roles but different skills.

During a mentee session today I was asked if the tech job market is getting any better. And quite honestly, since I’m not in it, I don’t know.
