10 years ago today, I started at NHSE Workforce, Training and Education - Midlands as an apprentice. At the time, I’d never thought about a career in Finance or Healthcare, let alone what I do now as a General Manager. Reflecting on those 10 years now, I can honestly say I’ve loved (almost!) every day of it.

Delighted to announce Adam Szafranek is the new Clinical Director for Respiratory and Heart Services for NUH Medicine. Adam has been a cardiac surgery consultant at NUH since 2013 and is the training programme director in cardio-thoracic surgery for the East Midlands.
