Hadn’t planned on doing Aberdareparkrun this morning but I was awake and the sun was shining so thought why not!😊☀️
Sometimes it’s a struggle to drag myself up and out of the door on the weekend but not once have I ever regretted doing parkrun UK !👊🏼

The last time I did parkrun UK I was (secretly) 10 weeks pregnant. Today I ran 10 weeks postpartum after my second baby in 2 years. It was great to be out with so many supportive, friendly people, not to race against but to run with. Thank you to all the volunteers Wollaton Hall
