RESULT. The ICO has ruled that Defra was wrong to refuse to send me the buried Chalk Stream Recovery Pack. Defra's excuse was doing so would take up valuable time they could be spending restoring chalk streams. This was ruled incorrect and they now must send it

In yesterday's session, the Chair referred to a letter from @defragovuk's Chief Vet and APHA, confirming that at least three consignments that should have been banned under German foot & mouth disease import controls weren't stopped at the border.
