Some of the gas boiler lobby is keen to tell you that heat pump costs won't fall e.g. in today's The Telegraph

(& Ross Clark says the same in same paper)

independent academic studies think otherwise...

UKERC study reckons costs will fall by up to a quarter by 2030πŸ‘€

In Scotland, BrewDog aimed to create a 'Lost Forest' on land they bought by planting 100,000s of trees, despite lots of natural regeneration.

Why? Because they got Β£690k in grants. The result? Most of the planted trees died.

It's a racket, pure + simple

Please exercise your democratic right and vote for UK Invertebrate of the Year. Much more fulfilling than a general election (and a far superior slate of candidates). Voting closes 8am BST Monday. theguardian.com/environment/20…

Ed Miliband: 'Frankly, it would be a global embarrassment, for Britain, if Susan Hall was elected as the Mayor of London... it would empower the flat earth brigade... '

Q: You're not calling Susan Hall a flat earther?

Ed Miliband: I absolutely am...

Water companies like to tell you all about the investment they make in Thames Water πŸ’§'s case at least it's a lie.

Every single year since privatisation shareholders have taken out more cash form the company than they ever put in, every single year.

You've been had.
