Umm is it me or do most private #adhd clinics just not have their shit together. Three emails saying to click the link to fill in the assessment (nurse ill so I have to do the footwork still at my expense still) said link doesn’t exist. And I’m the disorganised one???

#askadhd does anyone get a cycle of positive then super low mood and anxiety irrespective of situation/meds/sleep? The darkness of winter is making everything 100x worse atm. Hoping tomorrow is the reset but am I on my own with this?

Huh so I realise when I’m doing some very sketchy stuff I go non-verbal. Like mouth moves; vocal chords do nothing. Which kinda works when you jump a few flights of stairs.

When I was 12 years old I was a frequent A&E visitor, It was either broken bones, cuts that needed stitches or just bad sprains etc.. when I was diagnosed with ADHD the Dr said that my injury history can be related to my undiagnosed ADHD.. why?
