Sadiq Khan’s apology to the Chief Rabbi shows he thinks we were all born yesterday:
- His constant warm words about the Jewish community are shown, yet again, to be meaningless by his slur against Sir Ephraim Mirvis thejc.com/lets-talk/sadi…

These are the people Ben Jamal and PSC assure the British public are simply protesting for “justice in Gaza”. The gaslighting is over.

PSC and the other “good guys” are a magnet for antisemitic, anti-Western Islamists hellbent on bringing terror wherever they can.

Fight back.

The pro-Palestinian protester at Columbia University who said Zionists don’t deserve to live and made threats to kill is ‘sorry’. I don’t believe him.

It’s a crime to show support for Hamas and - despite what a lot of people seem to think - you will get arrested for it. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan…

Manchester doesn’t fuel the country’s economy and isn’t our capital. It is a town in comparison and London mayor is a top political job.

Khan wrongly claimed scrutiny was sinister, but the chief rabbi’s post doesn’t even seem critical. Given racial tensions, Khan misjudged this.

Quite right too. The Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis has never treated Sadiq Khan
with anything but kindness and respect.
Disgusting behaviour by Khan.

These comments from Sadiq Khan are absolutely shocking.
I hope there is swift condemnation from Keir Starmer, there should be no place for this kind of divisive, unwarranted discourse in The Labour Party, whoever it’s coming from.

If the Tories had bothered with the London mayoral election they would have had a real chance. Khan has nothing going for him other than the absence of a serious opponent. What a state of affairs for London.
And on the substance:.
If you look at the Chief RabbI's comment, he…

In the last month, we’ve seen Israel withdraw all but one brigade from combat ops in Gaza (as a pre-Rafah move, admittedly); Hamas have admitted they invented 11,000 of their reported casualties; the President of the ICJ has rebutted “plausible genocide”; and Gaza has been…

Quite astonishing statement from Sadiq Khan in which he appears to accuse Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis, of all people, of “Islamophobia”. On top of lack of trust in Metropolitan Police, this really hurts Jewish Londoners 1/2

Sadiq Khan is going to need to withdraw his assertion the Chief Rabbi was motivated by Islamophobia when he criticised his ceasefire stance. That would not be acceptable - without substantiation - at the best of times. But given current feeling within the Jewish community it’s…

Now we have it from the horses mouth - the claim of a plausible case of genocide against Israel is a well-coordinated lie.

There was no such ruling, but people lifted words without context to pretend there was. It is rights which are plausible, not the act.

At UPenn. Pro-Hamas student and protestor wearing a jacket depicting a star of david and two rats on the back.

This is blatant antisemitism and shouldn’t be allowed to breathe freely on this campus.

I cannot keep up with the antisemitism and terror support erupting on American campuses. It’s a hate explosion. Clamp down on them and make them martyrs. Ignore them and make them heroes. Lose lose. But giving them free rein is what got us here. Clamp down it is.

Mirvis would not meet Burnham until 30th Nov when the ceasefire issue was no longer front page news. Manchester is also not the scene of weekly protests routinely featuring arrests for antisemitism & support for antisemitic terrorism.

Mirvis met Khan on 1st Nov when his Labour leadership defying call for a ceasefire on 27th Oct was v much a fresh issue. By all accounts it was a frank exchange of views & inc specific criticisms of the situation in London for Jews while protests were ongoing.
