I’m not flying with United Airlines EVER AGAIN! Last night my flight from Seattle was delayed so I missed my connection from Chicago to BCN. They left us to our own devices at O’Hare at 11pm & gave us a measly 10% discount on a hotel room that we couldn’t book bc everything was sold out.

We had to spend the night in the airport and we had less than two hours sleep. We were automatically rebooked to the Barcelona flight this evening.

But it turns out that the Barcelona flight from Chicago is now 4 hours late. We don’t know whether we are gonna fly or not. And all because United Airlines has insufficient staff to move their planes around in the airport.
