Monoclonal immunoglobulin deposition disease - LCDD
Correlation with LM and biochemical investigations will confirm
LM in diabetes and MIDD - mesangial expansion with nodules, no crescents

To sum up
⚡️RPGN
⚡️Crescentic glomerulonephritis - on LM crescents and segmental glomerular necrosis
⚡️On DIF linear staining - glomerular basement membrane for IgG and C3
⚡️No evidence of pauci-immune crescentic GN
⚡️Diagnosis- Anti GBM antibody mediated glomerulonephritis

Women constitute 60% of all living donors worldwide (>80% in India). Most of them are young (wife, sister etc.). We’ve had at least 3 pregnancies post-donation in our donors. I was concerned when they conceived & there was no data to rely on. Hence found this paper interesting.

This reminded me of an incident when I was in school, as a 9 year old. Parents weren't able to prepare lunch for that day due to some problems, so packed a couple of biscuits instead. It seemed normal for me and would have had something after going home in the evening.
