Differentials for Linear positivity of GBM by DIF (direct immunofluorescence) are Diabetes Monoclonal immunoglobulin deposition disease - LCDD Correlation with LM and biochemical investigations will confirm LM in diabetes and MIDD - mesangial expansion with nodules, no crescents
