From ITV Wales News: the 2946 pollution incidents reported to Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru | Natural Resources Wales in 2024, only 382 were investigated. It's not good enough. Communities, NGOs, etc, can do loads to help rivers, but regulatory enforcement can only be done by government bodies; it needs to be their priority.
