Thanks to everybody who came to our Wader Gathering at Mar Lodge yesterday - we had conversations which will help to shape future agri-environment policy for waders, support predator control and enable farmers and land managers to do great stuff for lapwings and curlews 👍

Beautiful sunshine and the sky filled with lapwings - a lively group of gamekeepers and moorland managers sharing ideas on wader and wetland conservation with RSPB Scotland staff in Ayrshire this afternoon - collaboration and working together is the name of the game👌

Well done to the organisers and a huge thank you to all those who contributed. We certainly gleaned a lot of useful information and we hope those attending did too.
