We've been busy bees! Since Jan we've had 94hrs face2face/online contact with staff across SWB NHS Trust that's about 700 people! 49 key members have been trained by NHS Professionals in #PSIRF we've worked with core teams from policy to wellbeing, and we have new team members starting soon!

It’s #PSIRF launch day for SWB NHS Trust !!!! First thing: DON’T PANIC! 1. Just keep reporting incidents the same way on Safeguard. 2. If you can’t do a SWARM huddle straight away, note your contributory factors down in Safeguard or on a template until you can! SWBH- Patient Safety Team
