1/ TO RECALL THAT IN 2013 Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza WAS IMPRISONED FOR 15 YEARS FOR THE SERIOUS CRIMES SHE COMMITTED. She was pardoned by the President of the Republic by the presidential pardon on Friday, 14 September 2018 Let us recall the conditions that she had to follow.
