Wow. This is a stunning letter. How many parents have experience of 'contested political belief being taught as fact' in their child's PSHE lessons, and conversely, of protected political beliefs being dismissed as 'unkind' or worse? I suspect we are many...

Stonewall spent a decade lobbying universities, political parties, state bodies etc., to condemn as transphobic those who recognise the conflict between women’s rights & men’s demands, yet here is its chair saying exactly that. Women who said the same lost their livelihoods.
