Flight cancelled by easyJet to Palma from Manchester . Been sat in Paris over 3hours! No food or drink for children in over 4hrs , children lying on the floor with nobody here! Everywhere closed ! At least your staff got a shuttle ! Please tell me what is going on disgusting!

Anyone here who can help from easyJet . Flying to Palma from Manchester yesterday to be re diverted to Paris. The flight was then cancelled. Sat in the airport with all the passengers for over 4hours no help as the staff got first bus to hotel. No food, no water nothing …….

…provided to be then placed in a hotel 40minutes away. In the hotel now nobody knows what time we get picked up or anything. The hotel don’t know anything about a bus! Your service was 1st class disgusting no duty of care for anyone just abandoned !! easyJet
