Before we push Disabled people into work we MUST: Build a stronger NHS. Increase the lowest benefits in Europe. Put pressure on ALL employers to ensure inclusive understanding. Work WITH Disabled people NOT against them. Understand in work poverty is REAL. Footings FIRST ✅

Some Disabled people want to work, but Labour pushing them fast & hard achieves nothing Without dependable health & social care, Without higher benefits, Without inclusive training for employers Without discussing the disability pay gap, ..Disabled people cannot work!

"Benefits bill to be cut by £3bn... in bid to tackle worklessness crisis" doesn't work as a title when only 10,000 of the 400,000 who will lose out are then expected to get work. That's just cruelty. Sir Stephen Timms Debbie Abrahams Liz Kendall telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/…

Do the hundreds of thousands of premature deaths caused by government policies since 2010 mean nothing to you? Did you read the book you were sent by Disability News Service, called The Department? Alison McGovern Liz Kendall Rachel Reeves theguardian.com/society/2024/o…

Last 10 years disabled have endured benefit cuts of £1,200. 31% of people in a household with a disabled person are in poverty compared with 18% of people in a household with no disabled people. Including their carers. Let that sink in. Kendall wants them in destitution 😠

PIP is a benefit for disabled to cover the extra expenses of being disabled. On average, disabled households need an additional £1,010 a month to have the same standard of living as non-disabled households. (scope). Mine is coming it at £600 as I’ve had to cut back.

⚠️TW⚠️ Benefit Reforms, Death Choices, choices Labour It would be make more sense to tax the rich 💰 Direct implementation of tax increases should cost less money and wouldn’t involve disabled people suffering & dying Why this choice ? #DWP #Labour #DisabledPeopleDemand

The Labour Party GOV.UK Keir Starmer Rachel Reeves Liz Kendall please explain to the disabled people of this country & their loved ones why you’re apparently good with attacking & killing us to keep the wealthy safe & warm? Perhaps BBC News (UK) ITV News Sky News Channel 4 News can ask

We need to send an SOS to the ECHR CEDH to save us disabled people from this cruel inhumane Tory and Labour UK government. If they sit back and observe 24% of the UK population decimated… I have no words to describe the ramifications that will follow!

Dear The Labour Party, Stop targeting disabled people in an attempt to to seem fiscally tough. It's failing, and instead of making you look strong, it's exposing your ethical weakness. Do better. — Jay
