Our #pacific colleagues and friends ANZ NZ already display incredible resilience and adaptability but a #cyclone on top of a #pandemic is another level. Glad this donation will help out pacific families in need.

Kiwis tune in to the announcement about moving to level 3 and 2 ... calling the bank not a priority 😄. Fascinating to see how calling trends changed over lockdown. linkedin.com/posts/anznewze

This morning ANZ was pleased to host Finance Minister Grant Robertson for a post-Budget virtual breakfast, including a scene-setting economic update from me and a Q&A session. A recording is now available online. bit.ly/2y3WqzX

Love the effort our ANZ NZ branches put in each year. A very special time and a pleasure to be in our 30th year of Cancer Society of NZ partnership. Dig deep everyone for a great cause.

We’ve updated our economic outlook to reflect a number of recent developments – in particular renewed Alert Level restrictions, which we’ve dovetailed into a slightly stronger starting point and additional monetary stimulus. bit.ly/ANZ-GDP-Labour

The good news is that the length of time we forecast it'll take for GDP to get back to par isn't crazy long - it's similar to the 1991 and 2008/09 recessions. But the lost output in the meantime is certainly one for the history books.

There are good reasons to be positive about the outlook as Christmas approaches. Risks still exist but the NZ economy is in far better shape than was feared earlier this year. bit.ly/ANZ-Insight-20
