She says the Treasury costed her tax policies at £45 billion over five years. Actually it was £146 billion.

£45 billion was just the final year's costing for 2026/27. 🧐

A really quite chunky fall in employment is the news from today's jobs data - reinforcing the post-pandemic rise in inactivity but with unemployment/redundancies also ticking up in what remains a broadly stagnant economy

It didn’t - Truss/Kwarteng were the authors of their own downfall & Tory Party is culpable for electing her PM

Yet again. Still no employment recovery. Still lower than pre-pandemic. We are the only G7 country not to recover.
